Ruby Women is a special collection of Christian ladies who learn, serve, give and travel together. They desire to discover how to equip, engage and inspire others in their community and further the world's experience of God's love.

Ruby Women hosts several events throughout the year while also maintaining a meaningful mentorship program with Biola students. As a philanthropic group, they are dedicated to raising scholarship dollars for students and assisting others who are in need through tangible means like bedding and school supplies.

Ines Franklin

Ines Franklin

Ines Franklin’s personal testimony of God’s radical grace fuels her passion to grow in Christ and help others do the same. She has been a Bible teacher at Mariners Church since 2011, and now serves as the Lead Chapel Pastor. Ines completed a Master of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary, is the founder a Christian discipleship ministry (Trochia), and serves on several nonprofit boards. “My greatest passion is for God’s Word,” she says. “The first time I read the Bible was a month before my 40th birthday. I became a believer while I was reading the Ten Commandments at Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5. Jesus is in the Old Testament too!” Ines and her husband Jim live in Irvine, Calif., and have a blended family of five children, seven grandchildren, and the sweetest black lab in the world, Noelle.
